LONDON FASHION WEEK SS22
- Accidental Cutting (September 18, 2021)
Fabrics fluttering in the wind, cut fabrics, garment volumes that come to life ... In her virtual presentation, Eva Iszoro puts the focus on the central concept of her work, namely her experimental pattern method allowing the creation of original volumes through abstract and random cutting.
For the designer of Accidental Cutting, “virtuality is explored as a means of creation and communication of unthinkable realities in the physical world, escaping from gravity and opening filming possibilities without resorting to extravagant and expensive means pertaining to the real world." Eva Iszoro concludes in her press release : "In this sense, fashion becomes art, a virtual sculptural volume in motion."

- Maxime (June 12, 2021)
The French designer based in London Maxime Fruit, founder of his brand Maxime in 2020, was inspired by interior design in his Edition 2 collection, and particularly by glass, to which he pays homage with his soft colors sand, beige, teal and light blue, but also his play on fabrics opacity and transparency.
The collection lookbook was shot by photographer Alecio Ferrari at the factory of the glass furniture manufacturing company Fiam Italia in Pesaro, Italy. The same goes for the film Edition 2 in which a model wanders between the stored glass plates, the machines in action and the craftsmen at work.
- Auroboros (June 12, 2021)
The english brand Auroboros launched its first purely digital ready-to-wear collection, entitled Biomimicry (more info in this Boudoir Numérique article).
