Between a winged horse and a centaur, why choose, when the CGI allows you to have both? And when to embody both Pegasus, the divine creature of Greek mythology or Chiron, teacher of the ancient heroes Jason and Achilles, you can afford one of the most famous models in the world, by recreating by computer-generated imagery the avatar of American Bella Hadid? This is what Casey Cadwallader, creative director of the Mugler house, chose to do in the campaign film for his Spring-Summer 2021 collection, mixing In Real Life shots and digital effects, in the flesh models and virtual ones. Check out the result below.
* The outfits presented in the film, first part of Mugler SS21 collection, all of which will be presented in see-now/buy-now, on the occasion of the next Paris Fashion Week in March, are available here on the French brand website.
