“Groundbreaking”, “historic”, “so innovative”, “revolutionary and futuristic”… The creator of the Congolese brand Hanifa, Anifa Mvuemba made quite a mediatic impact on May 22, by unveiling her new Pink Label Congo collection live on Instagram, without models or catwalk but through 3D moving silhouettes.
An initiative that should inspired lots of designers and raise many questions on the future role of fashion models, at a time when the Coranavirus crisis is pushing forward the digitalization of fashion shows, starting with the Parisian men's and haute couture collections this summer.
