Taking pictures or filming videos with your Apple Watch is now possible with this bracelet from the American company Wristcam, equipped with two cameras.

Since September 9, 2014, the Apple Watch launch date, there have been six versions of this smartwatch. Over time, new wristband designs have been added to accessorize it and yet, none had yet allowed the addition of new features. That was without taking into account Wristcam, a Californian company that offers a bracelet of the same name, compatible with the Apple Watch and equipped with two cameras. One of the lenses is facing forward, to capture what is in front of the wearer, the other, located next to the watch face, is facing up, to take selfies or make video chat. So rather than using the Apple Watch to remotely trigger the iPhone camera, Wristcam gives the watch the ability to take pictures on its own, without having to bring the phone with you. Launched in 2016, after five years of development, the Wristcam has the “Made for Apple Watch” label, the Wristcam company having worked closely with Apple for the design of this version of the bracelet.
The bracelet is equipped with a battery allowing video shots of 30 minutes (1080p) and hundreds of photos (4K resolution) and has an internal storage of 8 Go. The connection with the watch is ensured by bluetooth, as well as in Wi-Fi for the phone. The bracelet, available in several colors, weighs 35g. Watch the Wristcam bracelet presentation video below.
