A classic of fashion tech, the Tommy Hilfiger light-up Cinderella dress, worn in 2019 by the American actress Zendaya, inspired the virtual Met Gala contestants for their stay at home red carpet silhouettes. Let’s have a look at their re-creations.

Internet users have taken it to heart to recreate, at home, the most beautiful outfits worn by the stars in the history of the Met Gala, postponed because of the Coronavirus crisis. Among the re-creations of this Met Gala Challenge on Instagram (find out more here), fashion tech outfits have won the lion's share, starting with the light-up dress worn last year by American actress Zendaya Coleman.
