Your bathroom razor boosted with artificial intelligence. French stationery company Bic, also known for its lighters and razors, unveiled The Next Bic Thing at CES 2020, the Consumer Electronics Show taking place this week in Las Vegas. This beauty tech project revolves around a collaborative platform and a AI-enabled prototype shaver, created in collaboration with the French company Invoxia, specializing in the development of connected devices. Connected with the razor capturing data about the shaving experience of the users, the platform The Next Bic Thing aims to deepen the knowledge of the habits of the consumers but also to make them test new products, to ask them for feedback or have them interact with Bic’s research and development internal teams, in short to participate in the group's innovation process, to design the new smart razors of tomorrow. Note, moreover, that "for the moment, the community of users is recruited in the United States" only, told License K, the communication agency representing the project to Le Boudoir Numérique.
