Lady Gaga in her most beautiful Iris van Herpen’s looks

If one had to choose two great fashion tech priestesses, the American singer Lady Gaga and the Dutch designer Iris van Herpen would win hands down. The proof in pictures.

While Lady Gaga caused quite a sensation for her many masked appearances, including one wearing an Iris van Herpen’s dress, at the last 2020 MTV Video Music Awards, on August 30 (more info here), Le Boudoir Numérique did not resist the pleasure to rummage in the memory of fashion to find its most fascinating silhouettes signed by the Dutch designer who elevated fashion tech to the rank of art. Iris van Herpen is, in fact, known for her exceptional creations, illustrating her mastery of traditional know-how, combined with the use of new technologies such as 3D printing or laser cutting, not to mention her collaborations with biologists, architects and scientists.

As for Lady Gaga, she has been wearing fashion tech outfits, from the start of her career, thanks to TechHaus, the technological department of Haus of Gaga, the artists collective, founded in 2008 and dedicated to the image of the singer, including her costumes and clothes (more info in this Boudoir Numérique article). Lets check out all the times Lady Gaga set her sights on Iris van Herpen’s creations below.
