"Post-Meta imagines a future where viruses are omnipresent in our society." It is in these terms that multimedia designer Léonard Guyot presented on his Instagram account, two days ago, a creation inspired by the Coronavirus crisis, the Post-Meta protective mask. "The mask folds back on itself to allow its wearer to access his mouth effortlessly", explains the interactive design specialist. Discover the mask below (to see it move, go to the 4th image).

This retractable mask is part of the Byom (Bring your own mask) collective project, initiated by the Swiss design agency Hyperaktiv, whose aim is to foster innovative exchanges between creatives, companies and startups in the Confederation. 41 designers were invited to reinterpret this accessory, which has become essential in our daily life, following the Covid-19 pandemic (more info in this Boudoir Numérique paper). The creations are all brought together on a common digital platform and a physical vernissage will take place next September, at Hyperaktiv’s space.
