While the hotel Royal Monceau presents, until November 15th, "Lagerfeld: The Chanel Shows", a photo exhibition of the scenographies of French house's catwalks, Le Boudoir Numérique returns in images on Karl Lagerfeld's runways, inspired by technology.

Supermarket, ice sea, volcanic or mineral landscapes, Eiffel Tower, airport, rose garden or beach ..., under the leadership of Karl Lagerfeld, artistic director of Chanel, who died last February, the Grand Palais has seen the most spectacular metamorphoses. So many memorable shows, to which the Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris hotel pays homage with an exhibition "Lagerfeld: The Chanel Shows", unveiling photographs of British artist Simon Procter, until November 15th.

Among these exceptional sets, some are written in letters of fire in the fashion tech culture, as they have tele-transported fashionistas in some incredible innovative worlds. Thus, in March 2017, 90 models wearing Chanel walked on the launching pad (N ° 5, of course) of a 35 meters high rocket that close the show, when taking off on Elton John's Rocket Man. Glitter metal boots, fifties rocket-shaped bags, cosmonaut prints and neck collars inspired by astronaut helmets…, we expected no less from Gabrielle Chanel's space agency.
