Beauty tech - Futuristic plastic surgery in Raised by Wolves

Want a new face? Ask your robot! At least that’s Ridley Scott’s vision for the future of beauty, in his new series Raised by Wolves, unveiled last Thursday on HBO Max.

Have you ever dreamed of looking like Travis Fimmel, the Australian actor who lends his conqueror talent to Ragnar Lothbrok, in the History Channel series Vikings? Nothing could be simpler : the plastic surgeon robot from Raised by Wolves arranges the metamorphosis for you, in two strokes of a laser scalpel (and a few drops of morphine), in the second episode of the series produced by British director Ridley Scott.

Also note, in the 3rd episode of the series, entitled Virtual Faith, a dorsal exoskeleton to increase one's physical capacities in combat.

Watch the trailer of Raised by Wolves which, in total, will include 7 episodes, broadcast on HBO's VOD platform, HBO Max, until October 1st. The 4th episode is scheduled for this Thursday, September 10.
