Fall season in Roubaix is adorned with fashion tech colors. The museum La Manufacture presents two exhibitions on ethical fashion, until October 27th. The first one, "Parures, objets d’art à porter", showcases the textile know-how of some sixty local and international artists. The second, "Le Revers de mon look" focuses on clothing environmental impact. These two events, created at the initiative of ethical fashion promotion association Universal Love and its founder Isabelle Quéhé, also offers free access conferences (program here) and workshops by reservation.
On this occasion, the smart textiles designer Florence Bost collaborated with stylist Virginie Boy to create "Nitiscence", a luminous collar, unveiled as part of the exhibition Parures, objets d’art à porter.
In addition, the event Fashion Tech Day, entitled "Usine agile, mode du futur" will take place on September 25th, joinning fashion and technology professionals, around a program of conferences (to discover here).
